# Becoming a transporter on Creatures

You can apply before uploading a license or insurance certificate, or connecting a payout account. Verify your identity and phone first, then describe your service, add at least one real photo of your setup, and send the profile to Creatures for review.

## Before you start

Finish these two account checks:

- **Identity verified.** Complete the secure identity check. See [Verifying your identity](https://help.creatures.com/en/article/verifying-your-identity-1e3xy1a/).
- **Phone verified.** Enter the confirmation code sent to your mobile number. See [Verifying your phone number](https://help.creatures.com/en/article/verifying-your-phone-number-1n2mfmy/).

You do not need to connect a bank account to apply. You will need a payout account later when you withdraw earnings from your Creatures Wallet.

## Build your transport profile

1. Enter the **Business Name** buyers should recognize. You can link a transport organization you already own, or Creatures can create one from this application.
2. Write a clear **Description** of the animals you move, your experience, and how you care for them in transit. **Help me write** can draft a starting point for you.
3. Add your **Address** under **Base Location**. Under **Service Area**, every continental-US state starts checked in **Service States**. Uncheck the states you do not serve. You may also enter a **Service Radius (miles)**, but it does not limit which open jobs appear.
4. Choose at least one option under **Vehicle Types** and **Species You Transport**. Add your capacity when it will help buyers judge whether a trip is a fit.
5. Enter your **Per Mile Rate** and **Minimum Charge**. These must both be greater than zero.
6. Add at least one photo of your vehicle or transport setup. Five or more useful photos can help buyers understand your operation, but only one photo is required.

## Add documents when they apply to you

**Transport License** and **Insurance Certificate** are optional when you apply. Add the documents you currently hold; if you add insurance, also enter its expiry date.

Creatures reviews uploaded documents before they affect your public profile. A reviewed license can add a **Licensed** badge. Current, reviewed insurance can add an **Insured through** badge and is required before you can bid on open jobs.

## Submit for review

Select **Submit Application**. **Application Under Review** means the Creatures team has not yet made a decision.

- Once approved, your public transporter profile becomes available and you can see matching opportunities.
- If you see **Application Not Approved**, read the reason if one was given, update the application, and submit it again.
- If you see **Account Suspended**, contact Creatures support for more information.

Approval alone does not make an uninsured profile ready to bid. If you applied without insurance, add a current certificate in **Dashboard > Services > Transport > Profile** and wait for Creatures to review it before placing a bid.
