# Creatures Credit: what it is and how it is spent

**Creatures Credit** is stored value in your account. It can lower the amount you pay for eligible purchases on Creatures, but it is not cash and cannot be withdrawn to a bank.

## See your balance and history

On your dashboard, open **Money > Credit**. The **Creatures Credit** page shows your personal balance that is ready to spend, followed by completed or pending activity.

Credit can come from a redeemed gift card, a buyer referral reward, a returned payment, a promotion, or a support adjustment. The activity description tells you why the value was added or removed. A pending referral reward is not included in the spendable balance until the related sale and reward wait are complete.

Credit does not expire. It stays with the Creatures account that received it and cannot be transferred to another member as cash.

## Pay with Credit

At a supported marketplace checkout, available stored value is applied in this order:

1. **Creatures Credit** pays first.
2. **Wallet balance** pays next.
3. The remaining amount is paid through the checkout method shown.

The order summary shows each amount before you continue. You do not need to move Credit into your Wallet, and you cannot withdraw it. If Credit and Wallet cover the full eligible amount, checkout can complete without a card charge.

Some recurring services and subscriptions handle stored value differently. A new Creatures Pro subscription can offer Credit toward its **first** invoice when you choose that option; later renewals use the saved card. Always review the summary on the checkout you are using.

## Refunds and missing Credit

When a supported purchase is refunded, any refunded Credit returns to the same Credit balance rather than to a bank card. Wallet and card portions follow their own return paths. Check Credit activity for returned Credit and Wallet activity for returned Wallet money.

If expected Credit is missing, first confirm that you signed in with the account that earned or redeemed it. Then check the row's **Status** (**pending** or **completed**) and **Type**, such as **Spent** or **Refund**. Do not redeem the same gift card or repeat a payment. Contact Support with the activity date and description if the balance still does not match.
