# Ordering printed Creature Cards

To order real trading cards of your animals, select **Order printed cards** on an animal's Creature Card panel or card page. One sheet holds 18 cards for $19.99, and tracked US shipping is included in every price.

## What you get

Each card is 2.5 by 3.5 inches, the size of a trading card. The front has your animal's photo. The back has its facts, the card bio and a QR code that opens the live card online.

You can print any public animal you own or co-own, directly or through your farm. Each card prints with your saved design, or the automatic design if you haven't changed it. To adjust a design, select **Edit design** next to the animal, or **Save & order prints** in the card editor. ## Choose your cards

When you start from an animal's card, the order opens with a full sheet of that animal. Under **Cards by animal**, tick each animal you want. Then set how many **Standard** and **Foil finish** cards to print.

- **Photo quality passes** means the card is ready. **May print blurry** warns that the photo may look soft.
- An animal without a usable photo can't be ticked yet. Its row says what to fix and links to **Edit design** or **Fix photo**.
- Foil cards print on their own sheet of 18.

A sheet costs the same with 1 card or 18 on it. With one animal, select **Fill this sheet with** and the animal's name to add the free cards. With several animals, open **View sheet layout** and select **Choose how to fill**.

## Prices

The price box shows your total and the price per card. The more sheets you order, the less each card costs.

Rush prices run from $19.99 for 18 cards to $54.99 for 108 cards. Regular costs less: one sheet is $16.99. When an order has standard and foil cards, each foil sheet adds $14.99 on Rush or $7.99 on Regular.

One order holds up to 6 sheets (108 cards). For a bigger run, the page shows **Request a bulk quote**, which emails our team.

## Pick a production speed

Under **Production speed**, choose one:

- **Rush** skips the regular print queue. The page shows an estimated arrival date when one is available. Otherwise, Rush is usually sooner than Regular, with no guaranteed date.
- **Regular** costs less and usually takes several weeks, with no guaranteed date.

## Check out

1. Tick the box that says "I have permission to print the selected card photos, including any people shown."
2. Select **Continue to checkout**.
3. Enter your US shipping address and pay on the secure Stripe checkout page.

Your sheet saves as you build it, so you can finish later. Select **Start over** to begin a new sheet.

## What happens next

We email a receipt with a **View order status** button. Then we send your sheets to our US print partner. When the cards ship, we email you the tracking link.

Each order has its own page with four steps: **Order placed**, **Payment**, **Printer** and **Shipped**. Its status moves from **Paid** to **Sent to printer** to **Shipped**. After it ships, **Track shipment** opens the carrier's tracking. Past orders are listed under **Recent card orders** at the bottom of the **Order printed cards** page.

If your cards arrive damaged or misprinted, tell us within 14 days and we'll reprint them or refund you. You can cancel until your order goes to the printer. Email info@creatures.com for either one.

## If something looks wrong

- **No animals can be ticked:** each animal's row names the fix it needs, such as **Add a photo**.
- **No Order printed cards button:** the animal must be public and have a photo, and you must be an owner or co-owner.
