# Reviews you receive

Reviews about you appear on your profile's **Reviews** tab and count toward your visible rating. You can respond publicly, report content that breaks the rules, and remove only reviews that you wrote yourself.

## Respond to a review

Open the review and write in the comment box below it. Your response stays attached to the review, so future members can read both sides in context.

A short, factual response is usually most helpful. Thank someone for positive feedback, or calmly explain what happened when a review is critical. You can also add a quick emoji reaction without writing a comment.

## Report inappropriate content

Use **Report review** for spam, harassment, private information, or content that does not belong in a review. Do not use it only because you disagree with the rating.

1. Open the review's options menu.
2. Select **Report review**.

3. Explain what is inappropriate and select **Send report**.

Reporting sends the review to the Creatures team. It does not hide or remove the review automatically. You can continue to respond with a public comment while the report is considered.

## What you can delete

You cannot delete or hide a review another member wrote about you. This prevents a profile owner from removing honest feedback.

You can delete a review that **you wrote**:

1. Open your review.
2. Open the options menu beside **Share**.
3. Select **Delete review** and confirm.

There is no edit button. If you need to correct a profile review, delete it and post a replacement if the form is available. Before deleting a verified review, check whether its original review window is still open. Deleting it does not extend that deadline.

## How this affects your rating

Every visible review counts toward the average on your profile. Comments and emoji reactions do not add another rating. A double-blind review joins the score only after both people submit or the 30-day window ends. Your profile also includes reviews of organizations you own.
