# Withdrawing your money to your bank

A withdrawal moves available Wallet money to a connected bank account. Before confirming it, check two separate choices: **Withdrawing from** names the personal or organization Wallet that will be reduced, while **Paid out to** names the connected account that will receive the transfer.

## Get the Wallet ready

On the dashboard, open **Money > Wallet** and choose the correct **Account**. If the page shows **Set up payouts** instead of **Withdraw Funds**, finish [connecting your payout account](https://help.creatures.com/en/article/connecting-your-payout-account-85mhws/) first. Then choose **Withdraw Funds**.

The withdrawal page checks the source balance and destination before it accepts an amount.

An organization Wallet does not have to pay only to an organization account. When you control more than one connected account, **Change destination** lets you choose an eligible personal or organization destination. Read both labels before continuing so the money leaves the intended Wallet and reaches the intended bank.

## Enter and confirm the amount

1. Review **Withdrawing from**, **Available balance**, and **Paid out to**.
2. Enter at least **$1**, but no more than the selected Wallet's available balance. A single withdrawal cannot exceed $1,000,000.
3. Select **Withdraw Funds** once.
4. Open Wallet activity to follow the transfer.

After Creatures starts the transfer, the connected bank typically posts it within one to two business days. Bank timing can vary.

## Resolve an Action needed message

The page lists the exact reason it cannot continue. Common reasons are:

- This Wallet is still inside the one-time seven-day wait after its first transaction.
- A payment dispute is being reviewed.
- Your identity verification is still under review. Follow [Verifying your identity](https://help.creatures.com/en/article/verifying-your-identity-1e3xy1a/).
- No payout account is connected, or Stripe still needs information before it can accept transfers and payouts.
- The selected Wallet no longer has a positive available balance.

Complete the action shown, then return to the same source Wallet and review the amount again. A refund, purchase, or new earning can change the balance while you are away.

If the form says **Withdrawal pending**, do not submit a second withdrawal. Creatures has reserved that amount while it confirms the existing transfer with Stripe.

Follow the same entry in Wallet activity or contact Support if it does not resolve.
