# Your buyer pipeline

Your [buyer pipeline](https://creatures.com/dashboard/buyer-pipeline) brings together people already working with you on Creatures. It builds itself from applications, reservations, and invoices, so you do not add leads or maintain a separate contact list.

## Open the pipeline

1. Open **Dashboard**.
2. Under **Selling**, select **Buyer pipeline**.
3. Under **Program pipeline**, use the counts to see your active rows, submitted questionnaires, and questionnaires awaiting a response.

Each row shows the buyer's current stage and the details available for that relationship, such as a group, animal, deposit, or sale amount. A person can appear when they:

- apply to a specific animal group;
- reserve an animal; or
- have an invoice from you, including a draft.

The pipeline combines connected steps in the same buyer journey, so the same person should not appear once as an applicant and again as a reservation for that same journey.

## Keep private context with the relationship

On a buyer's card, open **Notes, contact log, and results** to record useful context.

- **Private note** records something only you and people who manage the same seller profile should see.
- **Contact log** records when and how you followed up, plus a short summary. A last-contact date more than 14 days ago is highlighted so a quiet relationship is easier to notice.

If the sender has an active email series, use **Start a series** above that panel to enroll an eligible buyer. Otherwise, select **Create series** to prepare one.

Use notes and contact logs for practical context such as a pickup preference, a question you promised to answer, or the result of a phone call. Do not place sensitive information in a note just because it is private from the buyer.

## If a buyer is missing

First confirm that the person has a real relationship with the same sender profile you are viewing. A cold contact cannot be added by hand.

An application must also be attached to a specific animal group before it appears here. A broader program application that is still waiting to be attached will not appear in the pipeline yet. If you need to set up or review group applications, see [Requiring buyer applications and building a form](https://help.creatures.com/en/article/requiring-buyer-applications-and-building-a-form-1v1q4ed/) and [Reviewing and approving buyer applications](https://help.creatures.com/en/article/reviewing-and-approving-buyer-applications-7cxop5/).
