How to Request Animal Transportation

Requesting transportation for your animals or creatures is easy with the online marketplace. Here is how it is done.

1. Go to the marketplace and click the Transport tab.

2. Browse transportation providers. Review their descriptions, available species, vehicles, and capacity. Choose a provider which meets your needs.

3. Click Request Quote on the provider you want to book.

4. Fill out the form with the following information:

• Species that need transported.
• Number of Animals in this request.
• Origin address where the animal starts.
• Destination address where the animal needs to get to.
• Comments: any other pertinent information for the transportation provider.

Double check the information, and select Request Quote.

5. After submitting your request, you’ll land on your dashboard while waiting for the provider’s response.

6. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a notification with the quote details.

7: Review the quote, and if everything looks good, select Accept & Pay.

8: Complete payment through Stripe to book transportation.

9: After payment, the transport is officially booked. Wait for confirmation from the transporter.

Tracking Your Animal Transport

After booking, keep track of your animal’s journey through Creatures Shipment Tracking.

1. Click Track shipment from your dashboard to monitor the progress.

2. When your listing is marked as “picked up,” you’ll receive a notification, and the shipment tracking will be updated.

3. You’ll also get a notification when your animal has been delivered.

4. Select Update from request page to update the status to Completed!

With these steps, booking and tracking animal transport is simple and transparent from start to finish.
