How Seller Verification Works

To ensure that every listing on Creatures represents real people, real animals and real services, all sellers must complete three layers of identity verification and security:

• Phone verification 
• Stripe third-party ID verification 
• Stripe Know Your Customer Verification (So that a seller can withdraw funds from Creatures to a seller’s bank account.)

These verification requirements ensures protection of our community from fraud and scams, and meets legal requirements for payment processors.
