What is the Post-Sale Process?

What is the Post-Sale process?


Once a fixed-price purchase is made or an auction ends successfully, here’s how the post-sale process works:


  1. Buyer Checkout


The buyer completes their payment securely through our trusted payment partner, Stripe. For more on payment options, check out this article.


  1. Transportation Coordination


After payment is confirmed, the buyer and seller connect via the Creatures messaging system to finalize the transportation or pick up arrangements.

  1. Shipping Confirmation from the Seller


Once transportation is coordinated, the Seller marks the animal as ‘Shipped’ from the animal listing page.



  1. Delivery Confirmation from the Buyer


When the Buyer receives the animal, she will confirm the delivery from the original listing page.



  1. Payout to Seller


Once the animal is successfully delivered, the payment is released to the seller’s Creatures Wallet. From there, the seller can securely transfer the funds to their connected bank account through Stripe.




  1. Verified Ratings and Reviews


Both parties are encouraged to leave reviews associated with each transaction.
