How to Pay with an ACH Bank Transfer

Here’s how to complete a bank transfer from a U.S. account to a seller using Stripe.

1. Start Checkout

Select Buy Now on the listing you want.

2. Choose Payment Method

Pick U.S. bank account as your payment option, then enter your bank details.

3. Confirm and Pay

Review the terms and confirm your payment.

4. Wait for Transfer Completion

Usually, bank transfers take a couple of business days to clear, but Creatures reserves the listing for up to five days so no one else can buy it during that time.

The seller usually waits to ship the animal until the payment has cleared and the funds appear in their Creatures account.

5. Get Confirmation

When the transfer clears, you’ll receive a notification confirming your payment and ownership transfer.

That’s it — you’ve successfully completed a purchase using your bank transfer.
