Stripe is one of the most trusted payment processors in the world, used by millions of businesses globally. Your financial information is encrypted and never stored on Creatures servers.
How Payments Work
When a buyer makes a purchase on Creatures, Stripe securely holds the funds until the animal has been successfully delivered.
- The seller does not automatically receive payment upon purchase.
- Once the buyer confirms that the animal has been received, the funds are released into the seller’s Creatures Wallet.
- From there, the seller can transfer funds to their connected bank account through Stripe.
This process ensures fairness for buyers and sellers.
