The Post-Sale Process as a Buyer using Creatures Transportation

Here's how the post-sale process works when Creatures coordinates delivery of your animal.

Before you start: payment clearance

Creatures supports several checkout methods, including bank transfer. If you pay by bank transfer, your payment can take up to five business days to clear before the sale moves forward.

Important: Your animal stays in the seller's care until Creatures confirms your payment is fully processed, especially with bank transfers. If you're not sure whether your payment has cleared, contact us and we'll help you verify.

1. Get notified of your purchase

As soon as your purchase is confirmed, Creatures notifies you.

2. Confirm transportation

Check that Creatures is handling transportation for your order. The transportation provider should contact both you and the seller to coordinate pickup from the seller and delivery to you.

3. Receive your animal

The transportation provider delivers your animal to your specified address. Be available at the agreed time to take possession of your animal.

4. Confirm delivery

Once you've received your animal, confirm delivery from the listing page. This step releases payment to the seller and completes the order.

Only confirm once your animal has arrived and you're satisfied with its condition.

5. Leave a review

After your sale is complete, leave the seller a review. Reviews help future buyers make informed decisions and build trust across the Creatures community.
