Getting Creatures on your phone (add it to your home screen)

Creatures installs directly from your phone's browser; there is no App Store or Play Store download. The home-screen version opens like an app and keeps its own Creatures sign-in.


Open the install instructions


Sign in through Safari or Chrome, open your profile menu, and select Get the app. If your browser offers its own install prompt, follow it. Otherwise Creatures opens the steps for your device.


On iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Creatures in Safari.
  2. Tap Share in the browser toolbar.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.


On Android


  1. Open Creatures in Chrome.
  2. Open the browser menu, usually the three dots.
  3. Choose Install app or Add to Home screen.


Open Creatures from the new icon and sign in there one time. After that, use the icon instead of reopening a link inside Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or an email app. Those in-app browsers may keep a separate sign-in.


Use the phone navigation


At the bottom of a signed-in phone screen, the main destinations stay within reach:


  • Home for your feed and suggestions.
  • Dashboard for work that needs attention.
  • Create for Add animal, New listing, Add record, or New group.
  • My animals for the animals you manage.
  • Support for this Help Center and support access.

The installed version is the same Creatures account and data as the browser version. Removing the home-screen icon does not delete your account or records; you can install it again at any time.
