How do I contact Creatures support?
Most answers are a quick search away in this Help Center. If a guide doesn't solve it, chat with the Creatures team, email info@creatures.com, or call or text (434) 218-2178.
Search the Help Center
Go to help.creatures.com and search for the button, screen or message you see, such as "add an animal", "verify my phone" or "payout".
On Creatures, Help & FAQ sits at the top of the page on a wide screen, and in the menu (the three lines at the top right) on a phone or smaller window. It opens a page of common questions with links to the full guides here.
Questions about animal care, markets or rules? Try the Learn Center instead.
Chat with the team
On a phone, once you're signed in, tap Support at the right end of the bar along the bottom of the screen. It opens a chat with the Creatures team.

On a computer, or on a phone when you aren't signed in, use the chat button in the lower-right corner of the page. The same button appears in the corner of this Help Center. You can also select Help & chat at the bottom of most Creatures pages. It opens the chat, or this Help Center if chat can't load.
On a few pages, such as Today, chat is turned off, so Support opens this Help Center instead. The same happens if chat can't load, for example because of an ad blocker. You can still start a chat from the button in the Help Center's corner.
Email, call or text
- Email: info@creatures.com
- Call or text: (434) 218-2178
Both are listed at the bottom of most Creatures pages. On a phone, you can also open the menu (the three lines at the top right) and select Contact to email us.

What to include
A few details help us fix things on the first reply:
- The email address on your Creatures account.
- A link to the animal, listing, purchase, booking or page you're asking about.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot of the message or status you see.
Keep your account safe
Creatures has no passwords, and we never need your sign-in code. Never send a code, a password, a full card or bank number, or an ID document we didn't ask for. If we need to confirm who you are, we'll tell you what to send.
Animal emergencies
If an animal is sick or hurt, call your vet or an emergency animal service first. The Creatures team can help with your account, orders and payments, but we can't give medical care.
