Tracking your registration applications

After you apply to register an animal, you can follow every application in one place and act on it from there. This article covers your applications list and the detail page from your side.

Your applications list

Your list is at creatures.com/registrar/applications, titled My Registration Applications. You reach it from the My applications button on the apply page and from notification links. The table shows each application's Animal, Registry, Status, and when it was Submitted, with a View link. The status names are the same ones you saw when applying (In review, Changes requested, Approved, and so on).

Notifications

You are notified when the registrar approves, requests changes, or rejects your application. Each notification links straight to that application.

The application detail (your view)

Opening an application shows its animal, registry, submitted date, and a status badge, and it changes with the outcome:

• Changes requested: the registrar's note is shown ("The registrar requested changes: ..."), and you get a Resubmit application button after you fix the issue.
• Rejected: the reason is shown ("Not approved: ...").
• Approved with a fee due: a Pay registration fee prompt appears with the amount, which includes the Creatures service fee.
• Approved and issued: a Registration issued summary shows your registration number and the digital certificate serial, with a link to the QR verification page right away. While the certificate PDF is still rendering you see PDF rendering; the Open certificate link appears once the PDF is ready.

Below that, a meta panel repeats the Registry, Reviewing organization, Requested tier, Registration fee, and Rule check. You can Withdraw application while it is still active, and a History log lists every step the application has taken.
