How to Connect an Organization Bank Account



Linking your organization's bank account ensures payouts from Creatures are sent exactly where you want them.


Here's a step-by-step guide to connecting your organization's account using Stripe.


1. Open your organization profile and select Edit profile.





2. Click Connect a different bank account.





3. You'll be redirected to Stripe, which is Creatures' secure payout processor.


Enter your business details


Enter the following information:


  • Email address
  • Phone number: Stripe will text you a validation code to confirm your identity



  • Legal business name
  • Business name (Doing Business As)
  • Employer Identification Number (or Social Security number)
  • Business address
  • Business phone number
  • Industry
    • Sellers: select RetailOther merchandise





    • Transportation Organizations: select TransportationOther transportation





    • Boarding Organizations: select Travel & lodgingOther travel and lodging





  • Business website
    • Another social media account works for this if you don't have a website, but please don't use creatures.com.





Enter your personal details







  • Legal name
  • Email address
  • Job title
  • State of birth
  • Home address
  • Phone number
  • Last four digits of Social Security number
  • Check box for owning 25% or more of the company
    • Option to add co-owners


4. If you own more than 25% of the company, select the corresponding box. Add additional business owners if needed by entering their legal names and emails.









5. Choose which bank account to use for payouts. Follow the on-screen prompts and select Connect accounts.





6. Agree to the terms and conditions.





7. Select the account you added, and then continue.





8. Review and agree to Stripe's terms, then submit your data.







9. You'll see a confirmation that your account is connected to your organization.





Withdrawing Funds


10. Navigate back to your dashboard and select Withdraw Funds.





11. The default payout account ('Withdraw to') will be your personal account. Change this to your organization account, if desired.






12. Enter the withdrawal amount, and select Withdraw Funds.





13. If you want to see your Stripe dashboard, select View Stripe Dashboard from your organization's Edit Profile page. Here, Stripe displays all of your payout transactions.






Connecting your organization's bank account gives you more control and transparency over your payouts. Using Stripe keeps your sensitive information secure and makes tracking and withdrawing funds simple.
