The Payout Process as a Seller When the Buyer Uses Creatures Transportation

Here's how you'll receive payment once your animal sells and gets transported via Creatures.

Before you start: payment clearance

Creatures supports several checkout methods, including bank transfer. If a buyer pays by bank transfer, the payment can take up to five business days to clear before the sale moves forward.

Important: As a seller, keep custody of the animal until Creatures confirms payment is fully processed, especially in the case of bank transfer payments. If you're not sure whether payment has cleared, contact us and we'll help you verify.

1. Get notified of your sale

As soon as your animal sells, Creatures notifies you.

2. Confirm transportation

Check that Creatures is handling transportation for your sale, meaning the buyer chose Creatures to coordinate delivery. The transportation provider will contact you directly to coordinate animal pickup.

3. Wait for delivery confirmation

Once transportation is complete and the buyer confirms delivery, the process moves forward.

4. Receive your payout

After delivery is confirmed, Creatures releases funds to your Creatures wallet. Release timing depends on whether this is your first sale:
