Seller fees and the Creatures Pro subscription

The standard marketplace seller service fee is 5%. Creatures Pro waives that fee, but optional seller-funded discounts, rewards, and event charges can still reduce your proceeds.


Separate standard and optional deductions


For animal sales, the seller fee is calculated after seller-funded discounts. Check the actual transaction breakdown for the amount charged on your sale.


Other amounts can reduce seller proceeds when they apply: a buyer fee you chose or were required to cover, an event organizer fee, a seller-funded promoter reward, a volume discount, or the marketplace transport treatment. These are not all part of the 5% seller fee.


What Pro changes


Creatures Pro is an annual plan: $49.95 a month with a 12-month commitment, or $499 paid once for the year. An active plan waives the standard 5% seller service fee. It also waives the caretaker provider fee on stewardship and the seller-side $19.95 off-platform transfer-recording fee.


Listing choices that can add seller-funded deductions


The first accepted off-platform transfer is free even without Pro. Pro does not erase organizer fees, seller-funded buyer-fee coverage, promoter rewards, volume discounts, delivery costs, or other choices you made for a transaction.

Compare with real selling activity


Pro's value depends on the fees your actual activity would otherwise create. Do not assume every Wallet deduction disappears with a subscription. Review recent sale breakdowns, expected volume, event participation, and optional incentives before choosing a plan.


Compare the annual subscription cost with the standard seller fees you realistically expect over the year. Include only benefits you will use. A seller with occasional activity may reach a different answer from a program with frequent marketplace sales.


If a deduction looks unfamiliar, open the transaction detail before assuming the plan failed. Organizer fees, covered buyer fees, rewards, discounts, and delivery choices remain separate from the standard seller service fee. Check which personal or organization seller owned the transaction before comparing its plan benefits and Wallet.
