Creatures Pro: pricing, benefits, and managing your plan
Creatures Pro is a one-year seller subscription with two ways to pay. It removes seller fees from direct marketplace sales by the subscribed account and unlocks other selling, service, and transfer benefits.
Choose how to pay for the year
Open Seller Subscription Plans to compare:
- Annual Plan, Pay Monthly: $49.95 each month with a 12-month commitment.
- Annual Plan, Pay Once: $499 up front for the year, saving about $100 compared with twelve monthly payments.
The benefits are the same. The difference is when you pay. This subscription page starts a plan for your signed-in personal account. Personal and organization Pro are not interchangeable; check the benefit rules below if you sell through an organization.
A qualifying association member can receive a complimentary year after claiming a roster membership. The member needs a verified email, the membership must be in good standing, the registry must currently be live on Creatures, and the selected recipient cannot have used this lifetime benefit before. Know where Pro applies
- A marketplace animal or genetics listing has no seller fee when the account that owns the listing has direct Pro. Personal Pro does not make a separate organization listing fee-free, and organization Pro does not make a personal listing fee-free.
- Standard experience bookings have no provider commission. Without Pro, the guest pays the displayed service fee. With provider Pro, the guest pays the listed all-in price and card processing for the online-paid portion comes from the provider payout.
- The 5% provider fee for recurring stewardship, boarding, and genetics-storage services is waived when the provider has Pro or owns or co-owns an organization with Pro.
- An off-platform ownership transfer is free if the owning account or sender has Pro directly or through owning or co-owning a Pro organization. Each personal or organization account's first accepted transfer is free; without applicable Pro, a later transfer normally costs $19.95.
Manage renewal
An active paid plan shows its coverage dates, next payment, and Cancel renewal action.
For the pay-once annual plan, canceling stops the next annual renewal and Pro remains active through the end date shown. For the pay-monthly plan, cancellation schedules the subscription to end after its 12-month commitment. The remaining committed monthly charges continue until that displayed end date; cancellation does not turn it into a month-to-month plan.
A pending cancellation keeps Pro active and offers Reactivate Subscription if you change your mind before the end date.
Members paying monthly can choose Switch to annual plan and save $100 while renewal is active. That starts a new 12-month annual term, applies unused monthly time to the $499 price, and stops future monthly charges.
Creatures Credit and a promo code can reduce only the first subscription invoice when offered and selected. Later renewals use the saved card. Read Creatures Credit and Your Creatures Wallet for their separate roles.
