Creatures Pro: pricing and benefits

Creatures Pro is a one-year plan for people who sell or offer services on Creatures. It costs $49.95 a month with a 12-month commitment, or $499 paid once, which saves $100.

With Pro, you pay no 5% seller service fee on sales you make as yourself or as an organization you own or co-own, and ownership transfers are free. Pro also removes the provider fee on boarding, genetics storage and sponsorship payouts.

Find Creatures Pro

Select your profile picture at the top right to open your account menu, then choose Creatures Pro. The page is called Seller Subscription Plans.

You can also select Subscribe now on the fee note at the top of the listing form when you list an animal.

Choose how to pay

• Annual Plan, Pay Monthly: $49.95 a month with a 12-month commitment. The card shows "Total cost: $599.40/year".
• Annual Plan, Pay Once: $499 for the year, marked Most Popular and Save $100.

Both plans give you the same benefits for a full year. The only difference is when you pay.

What Pro covers

• No seller service fee on your sales, whether you sell as yourself or as an organization you own or co-own. Without Pro, it's 5% of the sale price.
• Free ownership transfers. Without Pro, your first accepted transfer is free, then each one costs $19.95.
• No provider fee on boarding, genetics storage and sponsorship payouts.
• Bookings and stud services with no customer fee. Your guests and stud customers pay no service fee. Instead, the card processing cost for the part they pay online comes out of your payout.
• Care PDF reports of your animals' care.
• Your own web address for your Creatures website. See Connecting or buying a custom domain for your website.
• Priority support.

You don't need Pro to list animals. Anyone can list as many as they like.

Selling as an organization

Pro covers you and the organizations you own or co-own, whichever one has the plan. If you have personal Pro, your farm's sales are fee-free too. If your farm has Pro, so are the sales you make as yourself.

Owners and co-owners share Pro this way. A team member's personal Pro doesn't cover the organization, and Pro on one organization doesn't carry over to a second organization just because you own both.

If an organization you own or co-own has Pro and you don't have your own plan, the Creatures Pro page shows Covered through and the organization's name instead of the plans. You don't need a personal plan.

You can't buy Pro for an organization on this page. Organizations get Pro through an association membership program or from the Creatures team. To ask about it, contact Support.

Subscribe

1. On the plan you want, select Have a promo code? if you have a code from Creatures, then type it and select Apply.
2. If you have Creatures Credit, a choice such as "Apply $49.95 Creatures Credit to your first payment" is already turned on. Turn it off to save your Credit. Credit and promo codes only lower your first payment. Renewals bill the full price.
3. Select Subscribe Now and pay by card on the secure checkout page.

When it works, you see Subscription Activated! and "Welcome to Creatures Pro!" The Creatures Pro page then shows your plan, your coverage dates and your next payment.

A free year through your association

If your breed association runs its membership on Creatures, claiming your membership may give you a free year of Pro. See Claiming your association membership. If you don't pay for Pro, the Creatures Pro page then says "Your complimentary Pro access is active through" and a date. If you already pay for Pro, the free year starts when your paid time ends.
