Listing an animal at a fixed price

A fixed-price listing lets a buyer purchase an animal at your asking price. Complete the listing, then save a draft, share a private link, or publish it in the marketplace.


1. Add the essentials


Open the animal's profile and choose Create listing > Fixed price. If you see Set up farm & list, complete the farm-profile step first. The animal must have a public profile and be available for listing.


Add at least 3 photos and a description of at least 25 words. Explain the animal's temperament, health and registration records, what is included, and anything the buyer should plan for. The first photo becomes the main listing image; drag the photos to reorder them.


Fixed price, description, and photo requirements


Enter your Price. Buyer fees and optional delivery are separate from this amount. To review buyers before they can purchase, turn on Require buyer approval and choose a Buyer Application Form.


2. Choose how the animal can change hands


In Fulfillment, select every method you are genuinely prepared to support:


  • Buyer pickup: the buyer collects the animal from you.
  • Buyer-arranged or informal shipping: the buyer arranges transport, or you agree on another informal method.
  • Creatures transport: an approved transporter carries the animal through a tracked trip.

If you will drive the animal to the buyer, turn on Offer optional delivery with this listing and enter the rate, minimum charge, and maximum distance. Check Location before continuing.


3. Decide who can see it


At the end of the form, choose one outcome:


  • Save as draft keeps the listing visible only to you.
  • Create private link lets anyone with the link open it, without placing it in marketplace search. A verified phone number is required.
  • Publish publicly makes it discoverable in the marketplace. A verified phone number and verified identity are required.


Draft, private-link, and public visibility choices


Agree to the Terms, then select the matching button to finish. Sharing a private link does not bypass payment checks: identity verification is still required before buyers can pay.


Before you finish


Review the photos, price, description, location, and handoff choices together. Saving a draft still requires the form's required information; it keeps a completed listing out of public view.
